Steph Fedoruk

Steph Fedoruk is a Firefighter and Advanced Care Paramedic providing service to a community just north of Edmonton. Steph is a dedicated member in her department as part of the Recruitment Division, Health and Wellness Committee, and is engaged in the organization of several charity fundraisers, mainly MD and Breast Cancer.

Steph played college and semi professional hockey before completing her diploma in Personal Fitness Training at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. She worked as an athletic trainer with minor hockey teams to develop strength and conditioning plans before becoming an Emergency Medical Technician. Steph worked as an EMT for 5 years before completing her training as an Advanced Care Paramedic. In 2017, Steph joined an integrated fire department where she was able to combine her interests of EMS and Firefighting. Outside of work, Steph leads a very active lifestyle. When she isn’t in the gym you can usually find her mountain biking, running, snowboarding, or out walking her dogs. 

Steph recognizes that there is a strong physical aspect to the job and has a deep passion for fitness and wellbeing. She believes in a wholistic approach to health, one that includes sleep, recovery and mental resiliency. Steph strives to lead by example and is excited to share her passion with CRACKYL Magazine.
