The Firefighter Peak Performance Methodology was developed to meet the need for specific, comprehensive, and intentional physical training for firefighters.

We understand the unique physical, mental, and emotional demands at each stage of your firefighting career, including Candidate, Recruit, Probationer, Experienced Firefighter, Administrator, and Retiree. 

Our Programs provide structure to optimize progress over time with flexibility to account for the demands of firefighting and shift work.

Each workout is set up to support your firefighter performance without leaving you beat up and broken down.

Training Exercises are based on specific movement patterns with a tactical application for firefighters.

Self-care is the foundation of service, and we believe that an intentional approach to exercise and mindful lifestyle choices around sleep, nutrition, mental/emotional health, and stress management will help you to perform at a high level while maintaining an amazing quality of life away from work.

We are building a community of firefighters committed to a more intentional and mindful approach to fitness and wellness to ensure that we will “Be Response Ready” when the call comes in.
